Bakkerij Peterse — Restaurant in Delft

Just before our train to catch our flight to Italy, my partner suddenly craved a bakery in Delft. Luckily, we found a gem on Hugo de Grootstraat called Bakkerij Peterse.

We tried the Almond Bakery Bread and an interesting savory Croissant, which is not your typical croissant, but incredibly delightful. You can really tell that everything is carefully homemade with high-quality ingredients and excellent technique. Every bite was a treat.

Owners are super friendly and the industrial but cozy atmosphere very welcoming.

The most important thing is, tho, that I think this is one of the most innovative bakeries I’ve tried in Delft.
