Cortado Cafe — Restaurant in Delft

At the counter I had to use the QR code to see the menu, chose something and had to pay immediately - the machine instructions asked to choose a gratuity percentage between 5 & 20% or none, which I found odd as I had no idea how service was going to be! My barely warm cappuccino arrived promptly but I had a 35 minute wait for my food, which was delicious. I noticed all customers had very long waits for food. There appeared to be one cook preparing each meal separately (a couple had a 5 minute interval between their meals being served) and the waitress appeared to be rather disinterested. favorite café in Delft! Amazing place to relax with family or friends, read a book on your own, study or do some work on your laptop. The coffee is delicious, coffee beans from Lot61 Coffee Roasters and so tasty with oatmilk in cappuchino or chai latte. I eat vegan 95% of the time, chef Rawads date cake with vanilla icecream is in the other 5%. The staff is super helpful and sweet. Chef Rawad makes everything delicious and super tasty! A cafe in Delft with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The chef prepared excellent breakfast and brunch foods with special mention going to the blueberry pancakes if you're looking for something sweet, but with all good being prepared to a high and consistent standard.

The coffee was sublime. Always struggle to find a good coffee but this place nails it. They have a high grade espresso machine with baristas well suited to use it.
