This place is slowly becoming one of my favorites in Delft. They have a nice selection of drinks and vegetarian/vegan options, and a lovely garden. We were there as a large group (10 people) yesterday and we really enjoyed our time! The service was fast and the staff was super kind as usual. I had the plaatbroodsalad which was a diced cauliflower salad with pomegranate seeds and gefrituurde artisjokkenharten. Artichokes were especially very tasty. Beware the rigatoni though, my friend had this dish and it was a bit too spicy! I also had 2 gins (Bobby's) both were nice. Would highly recommend!
EDIT: Make sure you get the glühwein in winter. They're one of the few places in Delft that makes their own glühwein and it's delicious! It's more on the spicy side and not sweet at all! They have expanded their menu to include more dishes, and I have yet...

Their brunch menu is superb and uses amazing ingredients. The picanha focaccia was stunning and even something as simple as an avocado smash with added extra pork belly was beautifully done. The few things I’ve tried from the dinner menu have also not disappointed.
Botanie’s craftmanship really shines in their cocktail crafting, however. They do the classics extremely well but their own versions of the classics are a level higher. Their version of the pornstar martini, charlie chaplin and the botanie mule are all excellent choices. It also became a soggy mess after a while. Both the tart granny apple pieces and the fruit gelatin cubes seemed a confused addition lost in a sea of textures and taste. The chai tea was also well presented, but lacked the necessary spiced flavour, tasting more like warm milky tea. This has been my 2nd attempt. Verdict is out if there will be a 3rd try with the next...
