Horrible experience / service. As soon as we walk in we were told that if we chose to sit outside, we would not be allowed to go back inside even though the restaurant was basically empty. It’s fine because the weather was nice, but what if it wasn’t? Next, we ordered chorizo as an appetizer, i ordered a ribeye and salad and my boyfriend ordered the unlimited spare ribs. The chorizo never came. Ribeye was good but they gave it to me straight off the grill (did not let it rest) so it was very tough when I first got it, and had to wait about 10-15 mins to eat it. So of course I did not get to eat it hot. My boyfriend ate his ribs and ordered another serving when he finished. We waited 30 minutes for his second order of ribs. I ate my meal all alone because he was waiting for his food for so long. When his ribs finally came, it was half the size of the original serving. He was not told that the second serving would be much smaller. If he was told then he would have ordered more at that time. It’s really unfortunate that I am writing this review - tonight we ordered to have nice steaks at home. We specifically asked for medium rare in our order. When we got our order, our steak was “blue”. When we called the restaurant to ask what to do - they responded with put it in a pan to cook it with butter more. Then when we said it was their responsibility, they said we could order more food - and then they could give us a steak for free. I explained that I did not want to order more if this was wrong and he just said mistakes happen and they couldn’t do much now. Then they said I could have a piece with my next order but at first weren’t even going to take down my name or number and I asked how they would know. We had Argentinian food for the very first time, and what an amazing experience it was — not just because of the food, but especially because of the incredible service.

Our server was absolutely lovely — so kind, cheerful, and full of positive energy. She took the time to explain everything on the menu in detail, which really helped us make great choices. You could tell she genuinely enjoys her work and wants every guest to have a good time.

It was a super hot day, and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable — recommending the breeziest spot to sit and even suggesting refreshing iced drinks, which hit the spot perfectly. Just so thoughtful!
