During our city trip to Deventer, we spontaneously decided to visit “Happy Tosti”. The store was actually very empty, which surprised us a little at first. The staff was nice, and the ambiance was cute. It’s nice that they offer vegetarian options, but I expected them to replace the ham with something vegetarian. Instead, they just omitted it. That said, I loved the taste of the vegetarian Croque Monsieur. However, I found the toasts a bit pricey (11 euros).
