If you look at the reviews i made before you can see this is the first time Im giving one star to a place. As a person who worked in horeca before, I can completely understand some days can be rough for a business due to lack of staff or etc. Today we waited for our food for 40 minutes, I think it was our right to ask how long is going to take to be prepared or make sure that the waitress saved our order in the system. After so many times try to get the attention of the waitresses by waving at them, no one came to our table. I went to ask a waiter but unfortunately the waitress walked passed me and just said ‘’its not only you we are busy’’. She replied while she was walking away and she didn’t even bother to offer a simple apology . It is completely ok and understandable to take long when you are busy but replying to your customers like this is a disrespectful manner, also the waitress who came to give us the bill was also not friendly and didn’t even bother to ask how was the food. Respecting the customer and customer service comes...
Read moreWe had a reservation for 10:15 am and annoying enough we didn't happen to have our breakfast at the table up until 11:30. To the extend that we actually thought maybe our order hadn't gone through so we asked the staff to check and the response wasn't anything apologetic but that "we are busy". Yes, it is understandable, but we also had a reservation so if you did not have enough staff planned, you could have easily not accepted our reservation. Starting with the drinks, the normal black coffee was too little, just one shot of coffee indeed, served in a normal cup! And the taste wasn't to our liking. The dish we ordered was a croissant stuffed with scrambled egg and bacon. Well, it was delicious and that's how you got that one star actually. But it was too small of a portion. It was indeed one small croissant! So over all it wasn't really the best experience for me. Waiting for so long, not being treated nicely, and above all leaving the table...
Read moreAnne & Max Eindhoven is the perfect place for a relaxed brunch, lunch, or coffee break. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a stylish, airy interior that feels both modern and cozy. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design — it’s Instagram-worthy without trying too hard.
The menu is creative and full of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether you’re into hearty sandwiches, healthy bowls, or sweet treats, there’s something for everyone. I had the smashed avocado toast with poached egg and a freshly pressed juice — everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
The coffee is excellent, and they offer plenty of plant-based options too, which is a big plus. Service is friendly and relaxed, even during busier times.
Anne & Max is a great spot to meet with friends, get some work done, or just enjoy a quiet moment with good food and even better coffee. Highly recommended if you’re in the center...
