I'd like to acknowledge the great service provided by our waiter, who was doing his best to improve our dining experience.
Our evening started with a 6:30 PM reservation, with the intention to leave by 9:00 PM for a scheduled movie. However, we never anticipated that 2 hours and 30 minutes wouldn't be enough to have a dining experience here.
Throughout the evening, I couldn't help but scrutinize the restaurant's operations, in an attempt to understand the reasons behind the prolonged food service. The conclusions I arrived at were as follows:
The restaurant's staff seemed to be under significant strain. There appeared to be an inadequacy of personnel. The kitchen struggled to keep pace with the number of occupied tables.
The implications that arise from these observations suggest a possible prioritization of profit optimization at the potential cost of customer experience by the establishment's management or ownership.
In an attempt to rectify the situation, we were offered a 10 Euro discount for our "troubles" referring to the unavailability of our ordered fries and dessert due to our early departure.
Considering the price point associated with this establishment, I had anticipated a more satisfying overall experience. If you are comfortable with extended wait times, typically ranging from 40 to 50 minutes between courses, and have a preference for smoked meats, it might still warrant...

Personally, I prefer fattier pieces and more simple marinades. Which is not that common, but it is my preference. Unfortunately the pork belly disappointed in both marinade and the tenderness, 6 stars out of 10. The entrecote was chewy and the bearnaise sauce was a bit overwhelming, plus the main course was kind of small. I’d have thought with those prices, you’d get more food. Main course gets 6/10 as well.
I’m not mad, but I will defenitely order something else the next time. For example, the salmon starter and the rib eye (my company’s food) was excellent. Absolutely fantastic.
The obvious highlight was the BBQ cookie. So creamy, delicious and comforting! 10/10 and I will dream about it in the future.

When when got to the restaurant, all the staff knew it was my birthday and they all congratulatated me, shaking my hand and wishing me a great evening. And it was! The service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure our dinner would be amzing. My husband and I received VIP treatment. They couldn't be more friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious (like when your stomach is already full, but your brain can't receive the message, because it's too tasty to stop eating): the bread, served warm, was fresh and perfect; the meat was moist, tender, and perfectly seasoned.
