Takumi Tonkotsu Ramen Eindhoven Nieuwstraat — Restaurant in Eindhoven

The food is very good, I hadn’t expected any different after trying a couple other takumi restaurants. The service however, not great. We came around 4, it wasn’t busy at all. We felt very rushed to order, they came to take the order before we’d even had a chance to look at the menu. As soon as we’d finished our food, the bowl was snatched from the table and we were asked if we wanted to order more, or get the bill. We’d only been there for about half an hour at that point. 65€ for a rushed dining experience when it wasn’t even busy. Something weird also, we had an empty water bottle on the table. The staff came and picked it up, asking if she can throw it away. We answered no, to which the reply was that we had to put it under the table on the floor then. What?? Very unfriendly in my opinion. I’m one of the ladies you mentioned in your review. First of all, sorry for the mix up, but here’s the deal: we arrived last, but the system works by seating customers based on the number of available chairs. There just happened to be two empty ones when we got there, so Alex the server called us in first.

Also, a little tip from me, whenever I go out, I always ask the waiter’s name. Trust me, it’s a superpower. It makes everything smoother, and you'll be surprised how easy it makes things. But hey, next time you’re queuing with me, don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. I’ll make sure we get seats first. My charm is definitely a factor 😉.

Is bad attitude part of your service? We just came and sit on the table a guy came : quickly order order, I ordered he kept asking if I'm setting outside???!! Then I ask if the brooth have pork, he started saying all his family are muslim, and rushing us for an order, then I asked for two chicken Ramen he immediately said I don't like your attitude, man the guy want to leave , then leave !?!?!?!??!
