Sopranos — Restaurant in Eindhoven

To be honest, as a guest, a foreigner, looking for a good culinary experience, when I found the sopranos restaurant, which enjoys recognition and a very good reputation among locals, I did not expect such behavior from the waiter serving us. To be clear: we had a reservation, we were shown to our table and brought our menu cards, the waiter asked us what we would like to drink, but apart from the main menu we did not receive a drink menu to start. After 10 minutes the waiter took our drinks order. We waited another 20 minutes to place our food order. Appetizers came fairly quickly, but we waited a lot for the main courses. The waiter during his shift did not ask us even once if he could give us something to drink, where at the other table he exchanged the glass with beer on a regular basis. We got the main course but no fries. The waiter said the fries would be ready soon. so we waited to start eating until the meat was almost cold and we didn't get any fries. while we were waiting for our fries, three other tables got full dishes (with fries). The waiter was so "interested" that he didn't even look in our direction. I was forced to ask another waiter about the lost fries and the meat had long been eaten. He apologized to us and brought us one portion ;) I didn't even want to comment it anymore (french fries served with mayonnaise is a standard for main dishes) we took only these. Unfortunately, maybe for the locals it is a great place, but because of the waiter serving us, I do not recommend this place to any foreigner because it was clearly the problem of such poor service. Food? very tasty really. For appetizers we ate shrimps in olive oil with chili and calamari. The main courses were deer tenderloin (served with fries..) and restaurant specialties. Cognac served as befits, martini tasty. Unfortunately, the whole magical opinion of this place was spoiled by the waiter's approach, or rather the lack of it towards us, because the service of others was...

Whaaaat a delicious dinner! It is one of the best ribeye I have ever eaten. I ordered ribeye steak as medium cooked and it was exactly what I mean as medium cooked, juicy and tender! Also special mix grill plate was tasty, but spare-ribs Changed the game and it had extraordinary taste! It was not too sweet and fulfilled with BBQ sauce as other restaurants. They know how to cook it and how icy flavor you need to eat your last piece of your food with joy. Do not forget to order Shiraz wine with your steak. Cesar salad was also good, not too much sauce and the most important part was that they know how to cook the chicken fillet. Just amazing! Tiramisu was also great. The vibe was cozy with wooden decoration and staffs of restaurant were friendly and caring. All in all, if you want to have a great and high quality dinner with your friends or family and enjoy it without any doubt, here...

A Perfect Dining Experience at Sopranos – Eindhoven

I had an absolutely wonderful evening at Sopranos! Despite not having a reservation, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A lovely waitress kindly found me a great table, and her welcoming attitude set the tone for the entire visit.

The real highlight, though, was the food. I ordered the steak, and it was simply perfect – cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The beef, sourced from Uruguay, was beautifully marbled and incredibly tender. Every bite was a delight.

Sopranos strikes the right balance between casual elegance and top-tier quality. I’ll definitely be returning – next time with a reservation, just in case!
