I have been coming here since tea stories opened and it immediately became my favorite place! When I found out that everything they serve is vegan I became an even happier person. As someone with a milk allergy (who is also vegetarian) it can be quite challenging to find some good food and drinks without having to ask if they also have vegan options (and also having to pay extra for plant based milk). But here, oh my, I have enjoyed every drink I’ve had so far and I’m pretty sure I have had most of the menu. The people who work here are incredibly friendly and always have a big smile on their face when we greet each other.
To me tea stories really stands out from other bubble tea places because of numerous of things; they have a lot of options for their “milk” tea’s, My favorite drink is the black sesame latte, which to me, sounded strange at first, but when I tried it I could not stop ordering it!; The friendly and kind staff, they work really hard and make the drink with care, which to me is much more important than when I’m at another bubble tea bar, where they rush to make my drink and give it to me with an exhausted expression; The beautiful minimalistic decor, the place makes me feel relaxed, and somewhat at home.
If my bank account would allow me, I’d be there every day. Unfortunately that cannot happen, even though I come here very often. Tea stories really is my happy place and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves bubble tea and is (open to) vegan.

Read moreThe location was so so beautiful. I really loved the atmosphere at Strijp-S! We wouldn’t normally stop there, but we saw the shops and wanted to stop by. We went to this place to initially get coffee, but it was apparently mainly serving tea (hence the name :’)). We sat down and had to scan a QR code at the table to place an order. There were classic coffee choices on the menu. We ordered one latte with oat milk - they only have this option, everything is vegan - which was sooooo delicious. It had such a creamy taste. Never drank something like that before. Then we also decided to get something special and got the grapefruit & mango fruit tea. I think it also had vegan milk in it. I suppose the taste of mango was in the bubbles & there were little pulps of grapefruit in it. I felt like it could have a bit of a stronger taste. However, it still was ok (but didn’t look like the picture on the menu at alllll). You can only pay by card, which is important to know (we only had cash 🥲) The atmosphere felt like it was supposed to be serene, but it was rather a bit loud inside. Maybe because of the ddw, I don’t know. Would definitely visit once again for the latte or any coffee - but not the tea, because I’m not a tea person. Oh and I also want to add that it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The fruit tea was...
Read moreWe visited this place on May 22 for the first time. This hot spot was on my To Visit list for a while. We finally managed to try out their delicious milk teas. Lovely owner and crew, they were very welcoming! My husband had a Jasmine milk tea, I had the Lavender latte (choose this latte if you're having a stressful day! The lavender helped me calming me down!) We both had boba as topping. For a little snack we had a Happy Face (bao filled with chocolate, with a happy face - haha!) and 3 rose buns. People may have the opinion that Tea Stories is overpriced, but keep in mind that they use VEGAN ingredients (think of Alpro and Oatly. And no cowmilk from Aldi or Albert Heijn like regular non-vegan (bubble) tea shops in the Netherlands mostly use) and organic (herbal) teas. Also their snacks/sweets are homemade, so no pre-fab stuff from an Asian grocery store (they steam their snacks in a steam basket, so there is NO microwaving!!). I previously went to a different place in Eindhoven for tea with boba, but since I tasted Tea Stories... I don't think I will go back to that previous place again. Looking forward to try the Golden Milk latte or Purple Rain in...
