Not sure what the fuss is about this place. Yes, the interior as an ice cream shop is nice and design wise unique - different from the traditional ice cream shops. Yes flavours might be somewhat unique and changes frequently, but however I've seen such places outside of NL but from taste and cost wise, this place is just average. From flavour point of view it is just average - tried the sea salt caramel (way too sweet for my liking - yes I know caramel is supposed to be sweet but this for me was over what I define as sweet), cucumber and fennel (did not taste any fennel - not even a hint of it) and pistachio flavour (had expected more flavour and pistachio pieces - but sadly not that impressed). I've had better ones at the traditional italian ice cream places - eg the one in Neunen or downtown in Eindhoven - with better value and most...

Decided to come here as the design of the store caught our eye. The queue never seems to stop (we were sitting inside the shop).

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to sample the ice cream before we made our choice. We eventually settled on dark chocolate ice cream and mango passion fruit sorbet. The mango passion fruit is very refreshing while the dark chocolate ice cream was rich. Interestingly, the dark chocolate ice cream doesn't seem to melt!

We also ordered the fruit tea which was served to us. To drink the tea, we were given wine glasses which was a first for us. Probably has something to do with how the founder specializes in tea too, aside from ice cream.

The ice cream itself is ok, and taste good, but the coups are waaaaaay too expensive. €9 for only 3 very small scoops of ice cream with cotten candy on top and barely anything else. Very bad value for money!!!!! I would never sit down to eat their coups again. Also, service is bad. We ordered appel pie with ice cream for our little one. After waiting until we completely finished our coups, it still didn't arrive. We had to ask the waitress what happened to the apple pie, and only then we were told that they were too busy and it would still take 30 min for them to finish baking it!!!!! We cancelled the order.
