Café-Bistro Kult — Restaurant in Groningen

Kult is one of the most inclusive bars I've ever been at. Keeping that in mind, it really depends on who is working that day. Some bartenders are nicer, and some make better cocktails, some get frazzled, and some are supper efficient. If you become a regular, you'll also learn what to ask of who, which I think is part of the charm and inclusivity of the place, but might not be everyone's cup of tea. Super food for Vegan as well non vegan like me. Went there with my don and his girlfriend. They realy enjoyed the vegan meal. I loved my non vegan Indonesian style meal. Highly recomended. The atmosphere is also special. I felt immediately at home. Their music is also nice and appropiate for the place.

As food scientist I was pretty impressed in their wide variety and healthy choices in vegan and non vegan. All fresh made. No super processed foods in this place.

Worst experience ever. They claimed that they’re not making any cocktails after a certain time (10 o’clock,no reason why though) so we ordered beers. After an hour or so, they served cocktails to a group (of Dutch people) that came after us 🥲 when we asked why we could not ask for cocktails but the group that arrived after us could, they said that it’s up to the barman to decide when to make cocktails, of course with rude attitude.
