We ordered around 19:30 and the time that it should be delivered was about an hour later, which was normal. After 2 hours we had still not recieved the order and called them to hear what happend. They told us that they were currently making our order and that they were very sorry. They would call us 3 days later to compensate us for the long wating time. After another hour we had still not recieved anything and called again. Then there was a girl on the phone who told us that we will not be getting our order at all, as it was canceld.. We had not done anything at all. We were very mad at this point, and the girl promised that we would get an email so that we could get our money back (90 euro) and that the company would call us again 2 days later to compensate. I ordered food at 19:30 and the estimated time of delivery was around 40 minutes later. After an hour I called back and they told us that they were extremely busy and our order was being worked on. Then another hour after the first call, I called again and they said the food was on its way but the delivery guy has a lot orders so they don’t know how long it will be until he gets here. The total time it took from when I ordered to the time I write this review is 2 and a half hours and the food is still not here. We went to order directly from the store, and considering how many orders they already had, the service was incredibly fast. We did not have to wait for long, which was very nice. However, there is NO seating place, which we couldn't see online, so bear that in mind when eating here. The sushi itself was okay. Not extraordinary in any way, but it tasted alright and we got a lot for our money, especially since they had good deals. We would probably not return for the taste, but moreso for getting...
