We have been here for dinner and will probably not come again, because the service was really bad. The whole evening noone asked is if we want to order. We always had to stop running by waiters and ask them if we please can order. Secondly, our order for a bottle of water was lost so after waiting quite long we asked if someone can look for it. Then a waiter brought it to the wrong table. After 40 minutes of waiting we we finally had our water and the waiter apologized and the water was on the house (this waiter was for our feeling the only one who was attentive) Next we asked for a wine card and the waiteress did not know if there is one. So she just told us about 3 wines she had in her mind. We then looked at the winecard online. In the end we asked for the menue again to order a dessert but we never got it and decided to pay and leave then. The food was okay. The burgerbun was dry and hard so eating it was difficult. The rest of the Burger was Nice, the french Fries were very delicious. The view was amazing and the interieur in combination with the lights set a nice mood.
In summary the NOK has a lot potential but the service needs training and coordination (it cannot be that noone asked the whole time if we want to order, I guess that's a lack of organisation and...

Edit: did I say lack of respect? Since around half an year ago prices increased around 1.5€ which is not a crazy amount IF you maintain quality. This management figure tells me quality is still maintained which is A BLATANT LIE. Cocktails like passionfruit martini and espresso martini are not mixed anymore. Gall & Gall stocks these half a liter pre-mix bottles. Unfortunately I know the taste (it's not amazing).
