I've been here several times now and have been made to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home each time. Really nice atmosphere and a lot of effort goes into making the place cozy, as well as making the food and drinks really delicious. The freshly-prepared menu is varied (including vegan and vegetarian options), with seasonal and locally-produced ingredients, an excellent selection of hot drinks and really, really tasty food. This place has the best chocolate chip cookies, now I cannot have them from anywhere else. The sourdough bread is real + delicious and the staff is always kind. I love how this deli has a very relaxed atmosphere, no rush. The bakers are very helpful and love what they do, I was given a sourdough starter promptly when I asked for it. That's the third time I went to Omni. I do it every time I visit Groningen. The service is absolutely delightful. The ladies are really cool and immediately engage in friendly conversation.
