First and last time I've ever ordered something from here.
If you were like me and believed the many good reviews over the few bad ones; save yourself the money and trouble and believe the bad ones
I don't know why there are so many good reviews. Honestly one of the worst food experience I've had to date. I ordered a Korma with onion bhajis and poppadoms. The korma didn't taste like Korma. It lacked any spices and it's supposed to have coconut milk through it, yet not a trace. It was just a yellow, tasteless, watery sauce on some rice. That's not the worst part though. Both onion bhajis and poppadoms are supposed to be a bit crispy, as all things deep fried should be. Both were beyond soggy and the poppadoms tasted like wet paper. Everything was lukewarm at most too. I felt like everything had been made the day before and was microwaved 5 minutes beforehand
Edit: just had a phonecall with the place to confirm below. They said they prepare everything in the oven without any oil and not in the deep fryer. Basically it will never be proper Indian food. Instead of at least hearing me out and try to understand, the guy kept defending the food saying I was wrong. I hung up after an upstream battle.
Not only the worst food experience, but the people are outright rude and bad...
Read moreThis is one of the worst food ordering experience I have ever had in my life. I ordered a chicken vindaloo which had 2 minute pieces of chicken and 8 pieces of potato. I ordered a chapati with it which was plain tortilla from supermarket. I called in the restaurant and the lady over the phone was amazingly RUDE! I started talking to her and said "I ordered a chicken vindaloo from your restaurant now" and she snapped at me saying "No you didn't. You ordered something different." I mean come on, who doesn't remember what he has ordered and is clearly printed on the bill and written over the dish with the sketchpen. I explained to her the problem and also about chapati to which is very rudely and aggressively replied "You Don't know what a chapati is." I tried to explain to her again but she kept on being aggressive to me after which I hung up the call.
This restaurant needs to learn how to talk to customers and be polite atleast even if you don't agree with them. Worst food, Worst customer service.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM FALLING FOR THE REVIEWS AND...
Read moreIf you are looking for an Indian restaurant with a good food. Do not go to this place.
After ordering food multiple times from them I could share my experiences with them. These people have 0 respect to their clients and to be more specific the boss who owns the place (she). I had a contact with her multiple times after ordering the food and the least thing I could say is to stay away from their restaurant. They are RUDE, scream at you, and when ever they can steal your many and ask you to come to pick it up one day or two days later.
The quality is not that high. Most of the dishes are just under the name of Indian food but they taste differently.
I would strongly recommend you to read the comments and the people...
