For group meals or quick bites to eat, Napoli is great! The menu is good, and should cater to all tastes, and the price is affordable. The atmosphere is a little kitsch, but it still works, although a refresh is perhaps now needed. For special occasions, though, it doesn't quite cut it. Service is disorganised, and my partner's dish arrived nearly ten minutes before mine. This isn't acceptable. The wine tastes watered down, although for the price it's not unreasonable. Pizza frutti di mare was clearly made with canned and frozen produce, at least from the smell and taste. Lasagna was acceptable, a 6/10, but lacked the generous amount of meat one would hope for. Ciabatta was harder than a rock. Tiramisu was frozen and lacked flavour. Not bad, but a little disappointing for the discerning guest.

Lasagne super salty, I couldn't finish them because it was a bit unpleasant. It was a second time and both of the times the food was very oily and salty. Staff was nice but it took long time for someone to come to take our order. Before ordering a dessert we assured we have enough time left before closing, and we were told the place close in 1 hour. Only to see someone vacuum while we were eating tiramisu. I am not planning to come back for repetitive below average experience. Don't recommend.

Was my second time here, and unfortunately, a very disappointing one.

We visited yesterday with our guests. I ordered the Fantasy of Kok, and when it arrived, the smell was extremely bad—clearly spoiled seafood. Everyone at the table noticed it immediately. I didn’t even touch the dish and sent it back right away. Honestly, this alone wouldn’t have led me to write a review. I understand mistakes happen and was willing to let it go.

But what happened next is the real reason I’m writing this.

When I went to pay at the counter, the cashier didn’t know about the situation. I calmly explained everything, but she was stubborn and unwilling to understand. With a passive-aggressive attitude, she just said, “Okay, I’ll cut some coins!”—as if she was doing me a favor. The dish cost €18, and I was still charged €10 for it.

Excuse me, but who asked you to do that? Nobody asked for a discount. You should’ve simply removed the dish from the bill and apologized for the inconvenience—problem solved. But of course, that didn’t happen.

I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I paid and quietly explained the situation to the waitress who had served us, asking why I was still being charged.

Then, suddenly, the cashier came to our table—in brisk, aggressive steps—and said in front of our guests, “What is wrong with the bill?” in a very rude tone. I politely asked her to step aside so we wouldn’t make our guests uncomfortable, and she just replied, “I didn’t know about the situation, but I can’t do anything anymore.”

If you don’t know anything, then why act like you do? Why not ask someone who does? Why treat customers with arrogance and zero empathy?

Summary: • Bad food (spoiled seafood) • Unfriendly, stubborn, and rude staff • Totally...

Ashame to put it under Italian food. The menu is way too big. The pizza ingredients do not match the names. Like the Capriccosa should have tomato puree, mozzarella, cremini mushrooms, artichoke hearts, black olives, and prosciutto cotto. What dose this restaurant serve it with mozzarella, salmon, shrimps, salami, bell peppers. The davola is just sweet pepper with the most processed salami and mozzarella again, davola is spice. Just horrendous. Even the pizza base is just plain basic. My body did not enjoy it at all. It dose have a nice layout as a restaurant but thats about it. Not to mention the wine was a bit over priced and tasted like it was open for the last 4-5 days. Just spend an extra €5 and get some real food and some real...
