Honestly, I was really looking forward to writing this review because the food looked really good and the reviews were pretty promising. Unfortunately, reality didn’t really live up. Yesterday I order some edamame and a salmon burrito from them. The delivery was quick and the person was nice. The edamame was so salty that the salt actually hurt my lips while eating. The “burrito” basically became a poke bowl because it fell apart as soon as I unpacked it, causing me to eat it with a spoon. The taste was pretty good, but there was a small portion of the protein, even though I ordered extra protein. The worst part was this morning and afternoon though, as the salmon burrito gave me the worst stomach problems I’ve had since eating Taco Bell in Miami a few months ago.

I come here now and then, throughout the years and mostly I am happy with the service. One guy even managed to help me get the perfect bowl I want, even tough it took more then 30 min. preparing, because it was so busy, but he at least also told me. This is however not consistent. Even on a day that is not busy and there was not a line of people waiting to order, I got told to use the do it yourself ordermachine. The prices for these pokebowls increase as well, you easily can have a 3 starter menu somewhere else for the same price as getting a poke bowl with some extra protein and a drink. I would recommend going somewhere else, there are other places that are faster, cheaper and as delicious...

I came with my girlfriend to try the pollo loco bowls and we’re not disappointed with the presentation of the food. The chicken and spice of the dish was delicious! Will come again and try more bowls. We also wanted to highlight the employee that helped us, Juri. We ran out of time and had to leave sooner than getting our meal.
