Growing up in Haarlem, Bruxelles was a family staple. Unfortunately our last experience was terrible. We went on a Tuesday night. The waiting staff was arrogant, aggressive, rude, slow and constantly rushing and seemed bothered to have to take orders. This was the girl in the Ramones top in particular. Lucky to get the last table! Good honest fare and some options at a really good price. Food got to table quickly enough especially in view of the peak timing. To get 5* would have required something extraordinary so well done all round! Even though we didnt have a reservation we could have a drink amd they squeezed us in for food, which was very reasonably priced and high quality.
