Multivlaai — Restaurant in Haarlem

I love this bakery and I have always bought cheesecakes for special occasions like birthdays and farewells. I have always had the best experience because their staff is spectacular. At the end of August I went back, as always I greeted and a VERY RUDE lady left me waiting for 5 minutes in silence and I asked her "can you help me" and she replied I'M BAKING (I understand that they may be busy or under a lot of stress, but there is the WORD "excuse me, could you please give me a few minutes, I just prepared this order and I'll help you right away" that's all, it's so hard to modulate those words) I had to tell my wife on the phone that if this woman continued with that attitude WE WERE LEAVING the store.. ohh surprise the manager arrived and just changed...

I loved this coffee shop. My brother visited it a few months ago and he took me and my family there yesterday. The cake was fluffy and delicious. The atmosphere is great. The staff very friendly. Next time i am in Haarlem i am sure to visit this...

We came here just our bike ride of 30 km, stopped here for a delicious smoothie papaya with mango and a piece of cake, everything was delicious and the price was quite good for the quality. I'll definitely will come come back again if...
