Domino's Pizza Leiden - Stationsweg - Centrum — Restaurant in Leiden

I was hungry and decided to spontaneously stop by a place for lunch while walking down the street. It was my first time visiting a Domino's in the Netherlands, and overall, I was satisfied. Most importantly, the electronic kiosk made ordering very simple and easy, which I liked, and it was great for choosing my favorite menu items. They offered a customized box for one person that included a small pizza and wings, which seemed more customizable than Domino's in other countries. Although the store wasn't large, there were well-arranged tables where you could sit and eat. The prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants, making it a good option for a quick meal.

However, the pizza itself was quite heavy, and it took a while to digest. But I understand this is just the nature of the food.

Misleading marketing strategy. I have make an order in this domino’s restaurant on site on the machine, it showed me there’s a deal there and I can get a free pizza credit, then after I finished the order and get the pizza I paid, the staff told me that the orders made on the machine didn’t count and I can only get the credit by ordering from the app. I think this is a very misleading thing to the customer as I won’t have ordered this pizza if it didn’t show the discount! One of the best places in Leiden for students to get a cheap meal which is sort of healthy if you look at the macro nutrients.

Also the prices are really cheap for a pizza. Especially when you go before 4pm. After that time, you can always go there and get one of 5 different pizzas for only 5 euros.
