The service was highly disappointing. We experienced a long wait, during which the servers took our drink order three separate times, yet the drinks never arrived. After waiting for more than half an hour, we inquired again, only to discover that our order had never even been entered into the system. What was most frustrating is that the hostess had assured us earlier that our drinks were already being prepared, when in fact they had not been ordered at all, leaving us waiting indefinitely. This level of service is unacceptable. Although the restaurant holds a Michelin Star, the bar experience does not reflect that standard.
