From the moment my husband and I stepped into Ike's Bistro in Aruba, we knew we were in for a special evening, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable dining experiences ever. Catering to our vegan preferences without the slightest hiccup, Ike's Bistro served us an array of dishes that were nothing short of culinary masterpieces.
Our culinary adventure began with the Vegan Shrimp Tempura, a light and crispy delight that was expertly seasoned. The journey continued with the Truffle Porcini Risotto, a rich and creamy dish that brought the earthy flavors of porcini mushrooms to life with a touch of truffle oil. The Crispy Tofu, a perfectly textured and flavored dish, was a delightful addition to the ensemble.
The surprises didn’t stop there; we were also served a Vegan Fish Filet and Roasted Cauliflower dish that perfectly balanced the simplicity with the complexity of spices on the cauliflower. Each dish was a testament to the chef's ability to perfectly cook vegan food, offering depth and variety in every bite.
Dessert was an affair to remember with a Warm Apple Cinnamon Crumble that evoked the comforts of home while adding a gourmet twist and a Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cake that was the epitome of indulgence, rich yet airy with deep chocolate flavors complemented by the nuttiness of hazelnuts.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I came here for dinner tonight and we absolutely loved our experience. Everything was incredible from start to finish. Our hostess was lovely and provided us with the wifi password right away, which was important since we do not have cell service in Aruba. We were also amazed at how accommodating they were - my boyfriend has celiacs disease and I’m vegan, so they provided us with both menus before we even sat down. We started with the shrimp tempura (vegan) which was so tasty, I ordered the vegan fish and he ordered the ribeye. He also got the blueberry champagne and I ordered a kiwi cocktail - I forgot what it was called. All so delicious and flavorful. We ended the evening with a decedent hazelnut cake. Being a vegan for over 4 years now, I know how difficult it is to make vegan fish taste like the real thing, but this came pretty darn close! Our server Carlos was also great - efficient, friendly, and attentive. We will definitely be back before we leave....

we recommend the: buff cauli, chickpea tartare, risotto, spicy mango martini, espresso with their mousse cake and Caribbean snickers. the ambience, service, and food were seriously out of this world. every detail from the diverse menu, poolside dining (well spaced), kind staff, perfectly seasoned and prepared food, etc is on point here.
we went twice on our vacation and I will be thinking about that place for a long time!! this is truly a special dining experience from the moment you walk in to the very last bite of dessert. If you are vegan definitely DO NOT miss this place while visiting Aruba!!
