First thing first, I’m aware of the fact that their dishes are not authentic, so I won’t compare them with the “real” ones and just judge them by how they tasted. The teriyaki lamb was incredibly dry and barely marinated. Unfortunately, the noodles underneath were overcooked and really greasy. Moreover, the dressing was supposed to have wasabi in it but that was not noticeable. The steak was layed on topped of fried soba. The noodles were a bit overcooked, but the taste was okay. The few pieces of aubergine and mushrooms as well as the noodles itself, however, were DRENCHED in oil. The beef on top was dry and not marinated well. The marinated egg on top was certainly not marinated (well) and was way overcooked. The Samla curry with chicken was mediocre but the best of the three. The spices as well as the coconut flavour were unfortunately not strong enough. The rice was cooked well though.

The service To make matters worse, the service was really slow. The curry came first, but the other two dishes arrived when my mum was almost finished with her meal. Our dishes were standing on the bar for quite some time so the noodles were already luke-warm and the meat was cold when they were finally served. One woman was very polite and nice but the other was kind of rude.

Price and rating Samla curry with chicken €15,70 - 5/10 Steak bulgogi €17,45 - 2/10 Teriyaki lamb...

Where to start.. this is the worst Wagamama I have been to. I have been three time and every time was just unpleasant.

Atmosphere It doesn't feel like a restaurant as much as it feels like a cantina. This is not the problem, however.

Service Service is mostly ok, yet they have never failed to either simply ignore us to the point we had to ask if we could order, forget to bring the drinks or cutlery. Some staff has been very nice and considerate, other staff was just terribly forgetful and didn't even try.

Food This is the worst part. The first time we went, the Katsus only had HALF the chicken / vegan meat substitute portion! We weren't sure if each Wagamama had their own policy as to platter interpretation, but we learned they either cheaped out or simply forgot. Anyhow, they stole half our meal. The second time, they were out of Katsu / Vegatsu, which was extreme disappointing given it is kind of their signature dish. The third time, the spicy Vegatsu was ok, but the regular Katsu was ineadible: The rice tasted like cardboard and the sauce, was, plain and flavorless.

All in all, for anyone who likes Wagamama, pick ANY Wagamama except the Roermond one as they have never failed to disappoint us - we will certainly not...

My recent visit to this restaurant on June, 15th 2024. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I waited for 15 minutes at the entrance before finding a table myself. Once seated, I immediately asked the staff at the entrance if I could place my order right away. I was informed that a colleague would come to assist me shortly. Unfortunately, despite waiting for nearly 20 minutes, no one approached to take my order. I noticed that several waitstaff saw me but did not come to my table. In an attempt to get service, I called a waiter who appeared to be free at that moment. His initial reaction was to roll his eyes as he walked towards me, though he quickly changed his demeanor to be more pleasant. I asked him politely about the estimated time for the food, but his response was notably unkind and unprofessional. Feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service, I decided to leave without ordering. I understand that busy periods can be stressful for staff, but I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. My experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued...

I have been visiting Wagamama in UK for a long time and the food has always been satisfying, whether it is an evening out with firends, casual meal with family or just a lunch or dinner alone! Visited Wagamama Roermond with friends and decided to ear here again after many years to refresh my experience and was really glad i did. Food is full of flavours hat you can balance as per your taste. Multuiple optins for vegetratians, meat lovers and gluten free options (which is a requirement for me) and all of them equaly tasty! THe tema were quick in getting us seated and very hospitable. We got a seat outdoors and despite low temperature we were cozy under the heaters. The choice of drinks is also very good, both alcoholic and alochol free. Must try their fresh fruits and vegetable drinks, very refreshing! Be sure totry out the chillie oil and chillie flakes if you like your food spicy! Some good dessers too but we were too full to try! In all, it was a great place to have a relaxed lunch with friends, good food, good service and great trastes!

I would love to give 5 stars but I am between 2-3 Stars. You can’t eat here in winter, the temperatures in the restaurant are below zero thanks to the open side/front and the never closing door in the front of that building. All people sit in their winter jackets my leg was frozen like hell and we just had a quick lunch. Thanks to the frozen wind my friend now has neck problems. • Steamed buns with Bulgogi with a homeopathic dosis of meat only. • Duck in pancakes: the pancakes are to dry, so they break if you try to roll them. • The Spareribs are pretty ok but have eaten Asian Spareribs this style mostly better. The food is pretty much the same as in the UK or Amsterdam branches just a lil less high in taste and quality which makes it a lil senseless to go here, because prices are to high for the delivered quality in this branch. If I can cook it at home in a higher quality with the gorgeous Wagamama cooking book, why should I buy it here in a „low class“ version. Still 3 Stars for the concept and idea of Wagamama and the taste.

I've been eating ramen from many different ramen places and Wagamama offered the worst tasting ramen so far. My order was Tantanmen and this is what I can say about the dish. First of all, please don't say, we're sorry the food didn't fit my taste. This review is based on normal standard of ramen and the worthiness of the price you paid in exchange for the offered quality. These factors were highly taken into account. 1. It doesn't look like Tantanmen. 2. Broth was bland and lacked of rich creamy effect. You can get the same taste when you buy beef flavour 1 euro instant noodles from a supermarket. 3. Why kimchi in Tantanmen? Also it had no flavours. 4. The noodles was totally overcooked. 5. The soup was already cold when it was served. 6. Hard boiled egg? With the price of 16.95 euro, I expected more than instant noodles with toppings which I had to wait for a long time for it to be served. The services and atmosphere were ok yet a little bit hectic.
