My friends and I went to this restaurant for lunch after shopping. We ordered a Caesar salad, three burgers, and one chicken burger. When we started eating the salad, we found a small hair in it. We decided to set the salad aside, saying it was fine, and continued eating our food. Unfortunately, I then found a long strand of hair in my burger, which was unacceptable.
We informed the waiter about it, and he went to the kitchen to check. When he came back, he said that no one with long hair works in the kitchen. However, as a gesture of goodwill, he told us we didn’t need to pay for the meal.
We insisted multiple times—at least three times—that we wanted to pay for the drinks and the dishes that didn’t have any issues. Each time, he told us it wasn’t necessary and that the restaurant would cover the cost because of the situation. Then he left.
About ten minutes later, a woman with blond and short hair came over and introduced herself as the restaurant manager. She rudely told us that we had to pay for the meal immediately. Her tone was disrespectful and accusatory, and she even said we had planted the hair in the food just to avoid paying.
We were shocked by her unprofessional behavior, especially since we had repeatedly told the waiter that we wanted to pay for the rest of the meal. Read moreRead this review and please do not choose this place. A truly disgraceful business and a great place to be miserable. You have to wait in front of the door for a long time, being ignored. The employees act like you're not there and you have no idea how long you'll be kept waiting. (we waited for more than 40 minutes) Meanwhile, most of the tables are empty and the employees are just walking around. This is really annoying. Then we waited for about 30 more minutes for the order to be taken and what happened? They had no meat left and could only give chicken. At least you could have kindly told me this before making me wait for more than 1 hour. After another 45 minute wait, the orders arrived (also incomplete) and we finally ate. I think businesses should have some respect for their guests. Read moreI am really disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. Right from the moment my friends and I walked in, it was clear that the restaurant's customer service needed a serious upgrade.
We had put our bags on a chair, which is something you often see people do in other places too. But then out of nowhere, someone who said they were the manager came up to us and basically told us we couldn't use the chair for our bags because they needed it for other customers. I get that they want to be fair to everyone, but the way she said it was just plain rude.
Instead of talking to us nicely and explaining what was up, she grabbed the chair and moved it somewhere else for seemingly no good reason. Honestly, there were much better ways to handle that situation that would have been more considerate and respectful. All of this really put a damper on our whole...
