Albert's Broodjes Corner — Restaurant in Rotterdam

A hidden gem in Rotterdam. From outside, I had no idea what to expect, once inside.. it felt like I was ported back in time to when we didn't have mobile phones. Two smiling, friendly ladies behind the counter and a man at the register. The ladies make sure you will feel welcome from the moment they see you. They have a huge number of choices for your sandwiches: different type of breads, different sauces, and so, so many different ingredients.

From mild (but full of flavor) to spicy, cold, and warm options. Sweet tooth? They have sweet options as well! They ask you what type of bread you want, if you'd like butter on your bun or not (which I appreciated a lot considering I'm a mayo-girl). It is clean and tidy. Did I say the ingredients are fresh and their bread is delicious? They are, and it is.
