The vibe in the Foodhallen is always lively and fun, and Baomazing fits right in. The lady who was making the bao, was friendly and helpful.
When visiting Baomazing, I went for the crispy fried chicken bao. It looked the part with the soft bun, golden fried chicken, fresh toppings and chili sauce.
The bun itself was soft and fluffy, which I really liked. The first bite was decent, but unfortunately it didn’t really wow me. The chicken had crunch for sure, but the flavor felt a bit meh and flat. For the price, I was hoping a little more kick and more flavor.

Read moreBaomazing makes honor to its name. We were welcomed with a smile and a “what would you like to order?”. We order a mix of Vegan Bao, Won Ton Kip, Sesam Ballen, Xiaolobgbao. Everything was really tasty, but the star without doubt was the “Bao”. Please don’t leave this place without trying one!
They serve everything inside a bamboo steamer, with chopsticks. It didn’t took long to arrive, we got one of the rounded things that tell you that your food/table is read, and it rang/vibrate after 10-15 minutes.
Drinks are on the bar, not available at this place, like every stand on the foohallen.
