The pizza is delicious, but the service was horrible . An unpleasant waitress had an angry face the whole time. We brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, when she brought it to the table she made it without giving anything to be able to cut it. We had to ask for a knife and she gave us one too little to cut it. We had to ask for the dishes she brought us but no forks. At the time of the bill we paid and when we were already out she called us saying that we hadn't paid for the aperitifs consumed out before dinner... but she hadn't made the bill???? With increasing anger she tried to make a transaction, but having already closed the cash register, the pos did not accept payment. After 20 minutes of trying, she said that we had to pay cash. I gave a €20 bill, but she had no rest to do. So I asked the friends who were waiting for me outside to collect all the coins available to reach the amount to be paid. The bill was €7.25.... I brought the 7 euros that we managed to collect and when I came back she exploded with anger, complaining of having taken advantage of extras (she was referring to plates and cutlery for the cake ????) Read morePizzabakkers Pannekoekstraat really need to check up on how to use Uber eats. There was a mistake with my order due to a technical glitch and they couldn't help me. When I went on Uber, all arrows pointed to contacting the restaurant to sort it out. This pizzeria kept sending me back to Uber, an app that takes 2 days for any customer service representative to reply. I have called restaurants to make changes when ordering via Uber before and they have been able to cancel my order for me so I can place a new one. I rang in time before they started preparing the order so it is not as though they would be at a loss if they did cancel the order. For some reason, however, Pizzabakkers Rotterdam couldn't do this for me. I urge this restaurant to check up on how to use Uber, the ins and outs to ensure that all the features of the Uber restaurant app are available for them in order to fully support their customers. A very disappointing experience with a pizzeria that I usually thoroughly enjoy!
Update: When the pizza arrived, it was very tasty as usual! However, my extra toppings were not delivered and one of the pizzas was damaged and half of it rather burnt. Tiramisu...

I called them and they immediately blamed it on Thuisbezorgd and told me to call them for delivery problems however it was them who gave the pizza after 1:30 hrs to the delivery. Because she also said that delivery guy has just left, so it was them who took 1:30 hrs.
