I really enjoy coming to this place for a drink and a bite to eat. I am particularly fond of their 'worstenbroodjes' as there is cheese IN the sausage. What a wonderful times we are living in. Also their 'molenwieken' are one of my favourites. When it comes to my sweet tooth (as some of my followers may have noticed), the buttercake and pecanslammer can really satisfy my needs. If you need a good loaf of bread, this is also the place to be. I know it is easier to buy it at a supernarket, but you are worth more than that. Treat yourself. Go on, you know you want it. By the by, sometimes there is a queue outside, don't let it keep you from coming here. The people here work really hard. Join the queue and you will see it is your turn before you know it.

we ordered the ham and cheese toastie, yogurt bowl and grand breakfast (split between 2 ppl) yogurt was good but the granola brought it to the next level. the board came with avocado and cheese (all high quality ingredients) but the star was the croissant and jam. probably the best croissant iā€™ve had in my life, and with their homemade jam, it made for a wonderful breakfast. my bf liked the sandwich too! lots of cheese! the coffee was also good and not burnt tasting šŸ˜Š

The bakery is quaint and lovely decorated and the personnel was quite friendly.

For the review I bought a small baguette which was PRICEY, as far as I can recall it were 1.50 ā‚¬ for a SMALL baguette. The bigger size for the baguette (the usual size of one) does cost 2.50 ā‚¬ which is definitely too much.

Because of the price my expectations were quite high and I hoped for an extraordinary baguette taste. My hopes were shattered straight away with the first bite, THE BREAD WAS HARD, it made me come to the assumption that they are either just unable to bake good bread or the baguette was from the former day! Who knows? Perhaps it was because I was fairly late at the bakery, about 3 pm.

Anyway, I disliked the bread and suggest that if you want to buy a baguette to look for another bakery or...

Couple of weeks ago I have visited this bakery with friends to grab a coffee and Croissant.

Bakery looked nice and smelled great, but really got disappointed because I saw that the staff was taking Croissant with her ā€œbareā€ hand without wearing a glove.

I couldnā€™t really claim anything because the place was little busy with lots of stuffs going around.

I could not really eat the bread since I didnā€™t feel itā€™s really OK. What they have looked pretty nice but I really think they need to take care of hygiene and inform staffs to wear gloves when they...
