Very disappointed and therefore changing this review from 3 to 1 star. I went back with my receipt to receive the meal that I payed for, and it was refused for 'not being able to verify that I hadn't gotten my meal' - I felt terrible, first they don't have my food on time and then then when I go back in good spirits to receive the solution (that they offered themselves!), I am not trusted as if I want to steal a meal. I hope this is just a mistake and I can receive an apology & my money back.
Nice food, best option for a hot meal at the station. However be weary - they sometimes have bad insight in their waiting que. Today I had just 10 minutes before my train left and so I asked if it would be enough to prepare my order. The staff said it would take 5-6 min. I had to run out of there 1 min before my train without my food. If the staff had just informed me that unfortunately the wait was a bit longer today that would have been fine with me. As long as you know - now I didn't have any other option to get food before the long trip. I did get my receipt back for getting the meal at...
Read moreDelicious, fast, not as expensive as people here are making it out to be. That said, it's the same price as a Burger King menu, but made right in front of your salivating face, with personal requests granted liberally ("Add the spinach to the sauce, or would you prefer it after?"). The cooks are friendly and skilled, and the food is fresh (they pluck the basilicum right off the plant), hot and hits the spot. You could've been forced to stuff your face with burgers and fries or go hungry, but this is a great option for those who'd tick the "none of the...
Read moreFor almost 2 years now I had pasta regularly at Julia's. However, recently they have changed the menu so my favorite pasta's is now served with ravioli which costs 1 euro more. I prefer farfalle and asked for that instead. I don't eat cheese so asked for some more spinach instead of the cheese. (Spinach and cheese are both 1 euro as toppings). This however was absolutely not possible. Never before have they made a problem of this but seems Julia's has gone in a different direction. Downgrading your pasta so you pay more than it should be is fine but a tiny bit of spinach instead of cheese ánd ravioli is not possible...
Pasta was overcooked as well. I will not...
