K-ea cafe — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I have been to a lot of bubble tea shops all over the world, out of hundreds of them K-ea remains as one of the most special shop to me.

K-ea does not only make the best ades I have ever tried, the most refreshing lychee jasmine milk (a combo I would have never tried if they did not recommend it to me) and the most diverse specials. K-ea also brings the best customer service a person could ever wish.

K-ea sunny and bright interior really matches ths vibe they try to bring over. Infectious, happy and warm. They greet customers with a smile, attentively listen to customers requests and patiently try to explain their menu. And the way they do it is so friendly, like they really care what we as customers want.

I come from a decently far place and everytime I order, I go big. I always order at least 4 for takeaway and sometimes I need to take them all home alone. On their openingsday, the weather was far from good. Rainy, cloudy and quite depressing I would say. They were afraid I couldnt take the 6 bbt I ordered home, so they offered me a plastic bag and even tacked the bag up! Even though the weather was so bad, my mood was at an alltime high. I was so incredibly happy with how thoughtful they were and how they willingly try to help me!

They also offer a lot of different games that we can play freely with. I love how vibey the shop is and how I can spend so much time sitting there, talking with my friends and even play games with them while enjoying my bubble tea. So everyone do give K-ea a try, im sure it will also become your go-to place once you have...

How I became a loyal customer of K-ea

Space: relatively spacious and comfortable, decorated with jewelry, souvenirs, albums of Korean K-pop groups, and especially Funko pops of BTS, and other Korean characters. Gosh, I already love this place

Drinks: Classic: I have tried many different drinks from K-ea, starting from basic ones like Bubble Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and Matcha, etc. I have to say that K-ea did not disappoint me when you can clearly feel the balance of the tea and milk flavors, I also get to choose for myself different types of jelly pearls, toppings, sugar levels, ice, etc and personally I find the tapioca here very delicious 😋. Because the menu is very and very diverse 😱 that I have to come here weekly to try everything, feel sorry for my wallet 🫡, but it was so worth it 😌. Most recently I had Dalgona Coffee Boba, and it immediately became my favorite drink at K-ea

K-pop inspired drinks (K-ea Pop ade): I must say the drinks in this category are very refreshing and colorful, I highly recommend the Black Pink inspired and the BTS inspired with Jasmin tea combined with Lychee which is indescribably delicious.

Staff: Extremely cute, friendly, comfortable and always ready to support the customer...

You have to wait 20+min for single bubble tea!!!! And people who came after you receiver drinks with toasts???!!!! What is this?

Also the quality went down of the Toast, i go here regularely over 1 year and it just went down. You have to wait super long.

Last time i ordered blueberry matcha and i waited 25min For it. People after me received their stuff and she told me sorry it took long i had to make it from scratch! Wtf from scratch. It tasted really weird.it was undrinkable

I got Angry because if you Pay 30€ you want stamps. Its expensive. The lady could not Log in on tablet and she said she will do it later, but it didnt look she wanted to. She bring us drink first and then later food and didnt say anything and when i wanted to go to ask her she wasnt there. She was in the back i guess. And i had no time left so i had to go. She could ask for my email and do it later when she would Log in or she could go to the back and ask other person to help. I should get 3 stamps!!...
