Lunchroom Fröbel — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I have just been genuinely blown away by the pronounced but perfectly balanced flavours I have just experienced in my brunch.

Stumbled upon this place by accident and from the minute I walked in I got good vibes, super friendly and welcoming staff.

The coffee was recommended by them as the best in town and I was skeptical, but the Ethiopian espresso with a little bite of cake combined to make the nicest slightly sour chocolatey coffee flavour.

Next was the sandwich. Roast beef, truffle mayo, pine nuts, parmesan and sundried toms on a brown sourdough. I was smiling my way through a whole sandwich of heavenly bites.

Now finishing it off with a nice white wine as I write this.

What a great surprise this place turned out to be. I was running late for a meeting and was looking for a place to sit and stumbled upon this cafe. The coffee and the food were delicious, and the atmosphere was super welcoming. I couldn't help but notice that they have disabled people as staff members, as a parent of a disabled child, this lit up my heart immensely! Will for sure pass...
