This restaurant has an unlimited bbq concept, and on the first floor they have an exclusive dining concept I chose for the exclusive dining one.
The Côté de beouf was the most recommended meat choice (700g meat)I had it well down. On top of the steak was tasty melted herb butter (on the menu there is written that you can share this plate or not to share so all that meat for yourself, but I would definitely say to share this plate. It’s a lot of meat to handle by yourself👀
I also ate some oysters for my FIRST time not just regular oyster, but they’re signature Ortam Oysters with pieces cucumber, miso, vinaigrette, and tempura. The tempura crunches made it felt like I was eating some fried chicken at first, it doesn’t have a fishy taste because of all the goodness on top of it.
What I didn’t like is that the crispy Gamba had a paprika, mango sauce underneath of it I didn’t like the sauce. If you can, I would only get the crispy gamba without the sauce underneath than it would be BUSSIN (everybody has a different taste pallet sooooo try it and see 😜

When we arrived for our reservation, the table was all set up with BBQ coals, so we could dive right into the experience.
And here's the kicker: despite the restaurant being packed with tables grilling away, there was almost zero smokiness in the air. Their air conditioning was on point! Plus, I have to give a shoutout to their cleanliness – I've never seen such spotless restroom facilities in a similar kind of place.

Read moreI would never go back. Its the most beautiful restaurant I have been to in Holland, with the worst service I have ever had. The menu was entirely too limited: the cocktails were watery (the mocktails were delicious), the meat was underseasoned and there isn't an even distribution of heat so the meat takes a while to cook, the male waiter was absolutely rude (the female waitress was lovely, but didn't speak a word of English). It's not somewhere I would go for food, but if you want an Instagram worthy restaurant, then that's all its actually good for from my experience. The best part was the birthday presentation with the cheesecake (delicious) and dry ice display, but unfortunately, that came at the very end of our time there. The manager, too, was also very helpful and took time explaining how the ordering works to my English speaking friends, which was confusing to them.
