Visited Radjoe Art in Rotterdam—what a waste of time and money. The staff were extremely rude and showed absolutely no concern for customers: when I voiced my complaints, they responded with hostility, not even an apology. The place felt dirty and disorganized, with no sense of basic hygiene. On top of that, I had to wait a very long time for my order, even though there weren’t many people inside—service was painfully slow and ruined the whole experience. Judging by other negative reviews, poor service here seems to be the norm: many mention rude staff, long wait times, and lack of cleanliness.
