Hayai Sushi — Restaurant in Rotterdam

It is difficult to find where to start. Very bad food, very bad service at phone calling, very bad delivery service. It is disappointing to have to wait 2 hours for them to prepare and bring a portion of sushi. But it is even more so that it arrives hot and quite ugly to the eye. That, besides being disappointing, is dangerous when dealing with raw fish in hot weather. And all this after having to call them twice to ask about my order. But worst of all, they have a problem with their paying platform and they send you a guy at 11 at night to collect in very bad ways. Of course it's not recommended at all and we will not...

I’ve been ordering from this place for years and all i see is the service dropping and dropping. So I’m speaking out of experience when i say.

The sushi and the prices are good, but the service and employees are very horrible. Delivery takes about 2,5 hours and a part of your order is missing. When you call them they either don’t answer at all, or they tell you you’re wrong and that the order was delivered with everything included.

Long story short. If u want good sushi for a good price and have all the time in the world and don’t mind missing...

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Recently ordered sushi and indicated on the website that I would pay by cash (60 euro) and the order was around 55 euro's. The delivery boy didn't get change form the restaurant so I told him he can bring it by another time. They never came. I even called them the next day and they told me they would bring my change. They stole my money. Plus they were so late with delivery. They could have returned the money and keep me as a customer now they missed...
