I was attracted by the small menu in the window. Synonymous with great quality. the place is simple and very welcoming. The business is family-run and very cooperative and kind at work. The hygiene and cleanliness are at the top, the two young people immediately get ready to clean and arrange, serve and welcome. The girl at the cash register is very intelligent with great communication skills, he knows how to welcome really well. They are all very humble and heartfelt. The kitchen is open to view and really elegant in my opinion. The food is 10 stars, the pasta is freshly made, being a chef it reminds me a lot of when I cooked with my grandmother as a child... if from different cultures a single morsel meant that I could travel through time, destination China Italy 32 years ago. I was here 4 times during last 2 weekends for the amazing hand made fresh Biangbiang (mimicking the sound of throwing the dough on countertop while pulling it to a long shape) noodles, juicy pork Rougamo wrapped in crispy bread, wonderful Chinese Jasmine tea and traditional Jing cake (steamed glutinous rice cake with dates and beans).

My friends and I absolutely loved everything here and appreciated the passion and authenticity the owner (also the chef) has devoted to this place, it is daily and common food in Northwestern China but very rare to see in Europe, we feel super happy and lucky to be able to enjoy the homey food here in Rotterdam.

We strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic Northwestern Chinese food, as my extremely French picky eating friend said: “I don’t want to have pasta anymore after trying the noodles here, Chinese are definitely the best noodle makers in the world” 😄😄 So try it before it starts...

Here u can get amazing homemade noodles. It was all simple served, no many complicated ingredients on the plate i can see, but taste really nice!

Took us soo long (ca 45mins) to get our foods, but it was bc they made the noodle from scratch one by one each portion, but it was all worth to wait.

I got the Chef‘s special noodle (8,9/10) served with some pork meat, their homemade tomato sauce, egg and some veggies, don‘t forget to put lot of chili oil!😋 My friend got the Double Mushroom (9/10) super tasty mushroom sauce, excellent!👌🏻 And other friend got the one with Pork (8,5/10) was basically similar with mine but without other sauce on it.

Make sure to visit when ur hunger is still on bearable level yet😜 but don‘t hesitate to come, me love this place and would love to come back some time in...
