Chopsticks is a MUST while in SXM. Literally across the street from Simpson Bay Resort, and open late most days. The drinks were fantastic, the passion fruit in my margarita was FRESH instead of artificial - the best drink I had while on the island. The food was absolutely amazing, my favorite being the sweet & sour shrimp which had the most juicy pineapple chunks and the best sauce. This meal instantly became one of my favorite Asian food experiences. I ate here twice in my short trip, and I would have eaten there much more often had I found it sooner. 5/2023: Delicious dumplings, the best sweet & sour chicken we've had in years and Delicious seafood fried rice! Reasonable, pretty place. Service got a bit slow when we wanted our check, but definitely a place we'd come back to!

5/2024 Came back for another delicious meal! Started with fried shrimp wontons, which were super crispy and yummy. Shared Beef with mixed vegetables and Sweet & Sour Chicken - both were excellent. Had a nice chat with Fa, the owner, and learned she's been there for 2 years now. The couple near us ordered soup dumplings, which adore. Definitely will be on our menu...
