Great JUICE But BEWARE Of the RUDE woman who makes the juices ! Would have given this place 5 stars if the woman making the juice didn’t YELL & SCREAM & use Jamaican Swear words at me for taking a photo of my Juice as it was being handed to me. I must say the food here is tasty & freshly made to order but the head “bartender “ (the one who blends the juices) needs an attitude adjustment. I frequented this restaurant on my vacation in St Maarten in June/July 2021 as it was a short walk from my hotel (The Flamingo Beach Resort) but I don’t think I’ll be back based on the fact that I got yelled at in public. People take photos of their food on vacation and you’d think the staff at this rea would understand that concept by now . Also if you don’t want your hand or any part of your body in someones photo, you can politely say I don’t wish to be photoed … Yelling and screaming and cursing at paying customers is disgusting behaviour. I was hesitant to go here, because Google listed it as a "health food" place, and I wasn't sure that matched my mood. After checking out the menu, my wife wanted to try it, and I'm glad we did, because everything was fantastic. Food was totally fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. Service was excellent, and they took time to explain how they got their okra so perfect. (I'm from Texas and love okra and was duly impressed.) All of the dishes were extremely good: The Mediterranean platter (incredible hummus and pearl couscous); split pea soup; and red snapper in a spicy papaya sauce. The Lemon Breeze was amazing. And the Sweet Green not far behind. I'm looking forward to going back again. This was an absolutely fabulous food experience. It’s a casual eatery with healthy, fresh, and plant based food options. This restaurant was recommended to us by a local person while we visited St. Marteen for a day. Everything on the menu sounded great but we went with the daily specials and loved every bite! Food on our plates was fresh, vibrant, and nutritious. The service was very friendly and efficient! The restaurant has a very cozy dining room and plenty of seating outdoors. Gift shop with crystals, books, jewelry, tarot cards, etc. is conveniently located in adjacent room for your browsing.
