This is simply the worst delivery ever - mind you, I do not even complain easily but I decided to give them a call 30 min after the delivery status kept stating the food was going to be here shortly. “We are on our way, it will take a maximum of 20 minutes.” I asked if the food will still be warm after coming here, since they were on their way for so long. He couldn’t answer that. He said they do 3/4 deliveries at the same time, how the hell are you securing the temperature of your dishes? Do you simply just want to take people their money and disappoint them with your service afterwards? Very disappointing with restuarant management. Ordered through uber eats. When the order did not arrive at expected time i.e. after 1 hour of placing the order the person on call said we are very busy your order will be delivered within 15-20 min. After waiting for another 30 min when we called again and the new person told thing "sorry we are busy and we will surely deliver in 15 min".
