I think the concept of people being able to taste several drinks next to eachother is great, however there are some flaws:

the cocktails are terrible, we were asked what kind of cocktails we liked and gave opposite answers and were still served the same cocktail which neither of us enjoyed

the different products in the different price ranges are not necessarily aligned with how much the bottles cost (gin of €35 a bottle retail in the high end price class and rum of €45 a bottle retail in the low end price class of rum)

Most bottles are quite common, and most people who are interested in these categories of spirits will know most of the things that are available
