BLT — Restaurant in The Hague

You claimed that you make the freshest food and you make them fresh everyday. If I was a lawyer and if I want to, I would sue you for false claim. We ordered pancake today for our 3year old daughter and you served her cold microwaved pancake. Then you microwaved it again to ensure it is warm, and it became hard and a little warm. Even our daughter said, mummy, it is cold and hard':( who would microwave pancakes esp not in a cafe that claims to make fresh product everyday. When my husband asked the waitress, she admitted it wasn't fresh and they made it a nite bfor and it apparently takes them too much time to make a fresh one. My question is 'why still serve it?!' Remove it from your menu! Microwave a pancake is like microwave your salad which no one does that. If a chef could microwave a pancake, that shows how much he cares for the quality of the food. Honestly, there is doubt now as to what other items from your menu is made in advanced ( overnight food). You have verse gegrilled groente in some of ur menu and they could be made overnite and microwave it warm for innocent customers. Terribly shocking and disappointing. To those who want to try their food, I suggest you sit upstairs and that you could look down (it's a loft) to see how they make their food. I seriously hope they read this and though we already voiced our dissapointment at the counter, that they abide by their claim 'freshly...

Went there for lunch after many years. We ordered two sandwiches with tuna salad. The sandwiches were really spare on the tuna salad. Both of us felt we were eating dry bread. So, we went back to BLT to inquire why there was so little tuna salad spread (you could hardly see the tuna salad spread😞). They said that the amount of spread was their normal portion, i.e. 1 scoop. And that this is what we should expect for the price we paid.

Well okay, now I know that they have poor price/quality. Apparently, they have so high costs that when one orders a sandwich tuna salad that you will be eating dry bread. Never again visiting this place.

And the staff was really defensive. Trying to justify that one scoop and no more is sufficient, and that they need to watch the costs. As a customer I really do not care...

Bad spot to start your day, here's why. The coffee I got tasted burned and was way to hot for coffee. I added the milk and it ruined my coffee because it was spoiled. The second Coffee they gave had exacly the same problem with also a spoiled milk pack (4 months out of date) on the side.

The sandwich I got was okay but they forgot to add the ingredient (avocado) which made me choose that one, but by then i was too tired to say anything more about the service and just wanted to get out of...
