Day Dream Deli Scheveningen — Restaurant in The Hague

I am a big fan of Day Dream Deli for over a year but what I’ve experienced today made me realiE how special of an establishment they are! I have lived in New York for 4 years and I can easily say that their Pastrami is the closest thing I had to Katz Deli and real pastrami lovers will know what a serious claim I am making :) I normally order from the West location since it is pretty close to my house. I was having a bad day at work and dreamed of Day dream deli all day. It was the worst surprise to me when I realized I actually ordered from the wrong location and there was no way for me to pick it up. I called the location and the manager was super kind to talk with the employees at my location without charging me extra! I live in Southern California, and was visiting the Netherlands and we stumbled upon this hole in the wall restaurant, Day Dream Deli. We were blown away by how good the food was. My friend and I both ordered the Reuben sandwich, and it was the best Reuben I have ever had hands-down! The meat fell apart and melted in your mouth in the middle of that butter-toasted bread! Had pastrami on fries. Extremely tasty, the pastrami was super smooth and broke apart joyously. Fries were also good.
