Ordered spare ribs with the gebakken aardappelschifjes for delivery. Food arrived hot, with the fries still crispy. The ribs, salad, and fries were all spectacular. This is a place that loves to cook, and holds their food to a very high standard. The salad had a pickled chutney as a dressing and was superb. Even came with pineapple. We ordered takeaway. One falafel plate and one kabab kofte plate. Everything was freshly cooked for us. The falafel were the authentic Egyptian kind (green inside). The kofte were perfectly seasoned and delicious. Accompaniments included freshly cooked fries, bread, chutney, and sauces. Giving us slices of pineapple as dessert was a lovely surprise. A place I miss when I try something new in the hague. It can never compare to Sphinx. They never disappoint. Everything on the menu is just delicious. Always delivered hot. Always delivered fast. Portions are generous. Even their chips and side salads are just incredible. We usually get the Donner wraps and they are to die for: so much juice & so much flavour....
