We went there for the first time yesterday and it seems like there was an issue with the kitchen. I don't blame the employees, they apologized and clearly had a rough time. They got my respect for staying patient and polite, I saw some difficult customers they had to deal with. 2 people for 20+ orders with Thuisbezorgd and UberEats among them are simply not enough. We had to wait an hour but the food was good. There are some American style dishes you don't see elsewhere. Still, I have to give a 1 star deduction because I noticed similar other comments, so it's not just one time. And 1 star deduction because for the price the meat patty clearly has to be bigger than this. Management has to step in and improve the staffing/kitchen conditions, respect your workforce and don't stress them out like this. Placed an order online for a pickup, but even though I was 5min late to the time specified, it still took 40min for my food to be ready, as if they only started cooking when I arrived. They were about 10 customers total, for only two workers. When I finally got my food, the chicken wings were admittedly quite good, and the fries were alright. But the cheesesteak was a disaster, bland, underseasonned meat, not enough sauce, and the bread was probably the worst I've had in the Netherlands so far, whic is telling.
