I recently visited this restaurant and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Extremely slow service, unacceptable customer treatment, and a manager who shifts all the blame onto customers. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Again, DO NOT!

Our group of 8 had dinner at 18:30. When the assistant asked if we wanted our starter and main course served together, I said yes and informed the staff that we were in a rush. We had only ordered one starter (which, unfortunately, consisted of poor-quality oysters). She assured us twice that “the main courses are coming soon.”

Despite this, by nearly 20:00—after 1.5 hours of waiting—our main courses had still not arrived. When we raised our concerns with the manager, instead of offering a solution, he blamed us for not informing him earlier, even though we had clearly communicated our time constraint. To make matters worse, he outright refused to speak with me and even threatened us to pay the full bill, despite the fact that our main courses weren’t even in preparation.

Not really happy when we went there. When we arrived we asked the waitress that we are really short on time and if it was possible to dine in a short 45 mins, to which she agreed. Food initially arrived on time with 20 minutes to spare, but the waitress messed up our order what resulted in an additional 10 minute wait. I had to pay whilst my family was still getting some bites in before we had to hurry out, and nobody was apologizing whatsoever. I had to notify the floormanager that I wasn't happy after I paid, and then he asked me what he could do. I get it, but I don't want to ask for things which should have been offered.
