I ordered a pick-up from Uber Eats (I tried this restaurant for the first time), I got a notification that says 20.20 I can pick it up. So I came, but they told me they were still preparing. They told me to wait 5 minutes. So I did. But as it turns out, I waited for 20 minutes! And in that time I was waiting, I saw they let everybody to wait inside. Why? Is it because I am non-dutch person, so I dont get the exclusive privilege to wait inside, with warm heater? So an asian should just wait outside enjoying the 2 degrees celcius outside. What a joke. I'm sure you have a CCTV. You can check it that they allowed 3 dutch people between 20.20-20.43, 1st February 2021. 2 women and 1 man. I counted it. So you know I did not make this thing up.
Then at 21.43 (17 minutes to curfew) I asked "what happened with my order?" And one of the staff replied "please dont yell" (and I was not yelling, I didnt even try to make an argument, eventhough I was quite heated) For Christ's sake, what a friendly respond from the most professional staff I ever knew. Then as it turned, my order already finished for a while, and they explained it to me that the finished order are placed in the window. I asked again, why they did not tell me how it works? She just said this is how thing always works. So what? You expect me to know it for the first time I came there, without you telling the customer? They knew it was there, they saw me waiting, but no one even try to call me or something. It was my freaking first time. I am...

My coworkers and I visited this restaurant yesterday, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal. Although the quality of the dishes wasn't bad, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the appalling treatment from the staff.
While we were waiting for our order, we witnessed a situation that left a sour taste in our mouths. A food delivery driver approached one of the waitresses to politely ask a question. To our surprise, the response he received was completely disproportionate:
The waitress responded rudely and without manners.
She didn't even bother to listen to the delivery driver's question.
To make matters worse, another waitress joined in, continuing the disrespectful treatment of the employee.
This incident created a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the restaurant. As customers, we felt embarrassed and upset by the treatment the delivery driver received. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when approached politely and respectfully. In short, I cannot recommend this establishment. If the staff is having a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on customers or other employees. It's essential to learn to listen and treat people with respect, regardless of your...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, as this being my very first review I write in my life, but this placed left me bitter. I love the food and portions but I value service as one of the most important things. It’s my third time going there by person (ordered online a bunch of times) and the staff seems to be always annoyed by the fact I arrive there at 20:30. The closing time is 21, so I know that by that time I gotta leave, but hearing the personnel (and now i am referring to the Greek girl waitress, who has been like this all the three times I went) complaining about me arriving so late, and try to convince me I have to leave cause they have to close, when I know they do not already, is kind of a shame. I arrived with a group of five and as she was cutting my avocado she turned around and complained in English with her colleague, all of this just to say she was mad to serve customers so close to the closing time. Considering it’s not a place where they have to wait for everyone to leave to start the closing, this attitude ruined my dinner out. I am personally a manager in the horeca field, and can understand it can be annoying, but not if you have so little to do and you face nice customers that understand they can only eat fast and leave...
