It is a shame that they still don't offer dine-in, but they had absolutely delicious Thai food. I ordered the Pad Phrik Khing - which was great! Plenty of herbs and spices (e.g., lemongrass, ginger) to make the dish fragrant but not overwhelmingly so. So I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that it was quite greasy (on the bottom), as the rice lied in a layer of oil. So I hope that in the future, at least this dish, will contain less oil. Even as a stir fry, there is no need to use that much oil.

I walk to Saowapa Restaurant after work today since I'm starving. I also chose the stir-fried chicken with rice, fried egg, and basil sauce. I've eaten at many restaurants in Holland, but Saowapa boasts a chef with a Michelin star who is a lovely young man, as I can verify. I didn't think he'd be so good at cooking authentic Thai food. I'll be one of your regular customers. I appreciate the challenging meals.

We had salmon with rice and coconut milk and crispy chicken. Both were delicious. Especially Salmon was very tasty with lemon and ginger flavours in it. The portions were very generous and fulfilling. The gentleman who took the orders was very nice and kind. It is right near the canal so you can take out the food and eat by the canal. Currently there is no option to dine-in. I would recommend this place!
