Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos — Restaurant in Zaanstad

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. They sent the wrong order, and our guest (who didn’t know what we ordered) accidentally accepted it. When we called to politely explain the situation, we were met with extremely rude behavior, yelling, and even swearing.

It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Honestly, this place is one of the most careless and disrespectful restaurants I’ve ever dealt with. If you value customer service and basic decency, avoid this place...

Very delicious halal food. The staff that runs this branch is very humble. The person that answers the phone as well as delivery staff are very decent and respectful. Can't say enough to praise these guys.
