Came here about a month ago as I love fro yo only to find the machine tray crawling with cockroaches which was pretty disgusting told the staff and they got rid of it quickly although seemed annoyed we mentioned it ! (It was pretty busy at the time) decided to go back again tonight as it could've just been a one off. arrived with my family to find a bird sitting in the food /condiments with its head in the trays eating the food , was looking around for staff to tell ! Waited for a solid 5 minutes until I looked around the bend to find the lady sitting on her phone and eating totally ignoring us and when I called her and mentioned the bird which was still eating she shooed it away but left the food that the bird was eating and touching out to be picked up and brought by customers. Would highly not recommend if you don't like creepy crawlies, birds contaminating the food with who knows what and staff that ignore you on multiple occasions for something so highly priced it's kinda gross that the product isn't kept in...

However my family and I were not happy with the set up of the self service counter for add-ons, and we were a bit erked out especially with all the covid etc still going around.
