Hulucat Stonefields — Restaurant in Ōrākei

I recently bought or try to buy a gift card for a store in Stonefields for my daughter and her friend. The customer service person said they don’t provide a gift card but a book of gift cards with 10 pages of $5 each. I thought that’s great so I bought it. I came home and looked at it to find out it is a book of vouchers giving a $5 off a purchase. I must say it’s been years since I’ve been tricked like this with very false information basically I spent $50 expecting $50 worth of product in a form of gift cards yet I am ashamed now to give it to anyone as a gift, because they would still need to spent money. I suppose whoever at the front desk who doesn't offer honest advice on what each customer order shouldn't be given 5 stars review.

Other than that, the frontdesk should be able to communicate fluently in both Mandarin & English because only a mandarin speaker can fully understand what each customer really wants. Ie, some orders are too sweet or less sweet that it leaves the mark of a potential true bubble tea. The front desk should be able to remind the customers that their drinks would be tasteless etc. So, give honest advice/opinion & be able to communicate in Mandarin will be the minimum requirement to do well in the future.
